Why should I join a membership instead of booking individual services?

How do I choose the right membership?
It depends on your skin goals.

- Premium is great for visible improvement and advanced facials
- Platinum is best for corrective treatments and maximum flexibility

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Memberships require an initial 12 month commitment. This allows enough time to establish consistency and see meaningful results from your treatments.
What happens after the initial 12 months?
After the initial commitment, memberships continue month-to-month. You may make changes or cancel with appropriate notice.
Can I roll over unused credits?
Yes. Membership credits may roll over if they are not used within a given month. We still recommend monthly visits for optimal results, but rollover flexibility is available if needed.
Can I transfer my membership credits?
Yes. Membership credits may be transferred to an immediate family member, making it easy to share the benefits if you’re unable to use a credit yourself.
Can I upgrade or change my membership?
You may upgrade your membership at any time. Downgrades may be made after an initial 6-month commitment period. Our team will always help you choose the option that best fits your goals.

Are memberships transferable overall?
